Originally founded by Dick Bruins and Thomas van Tol in 2019, Dick took over all shares in 2022. The Synergy Partner has a wealth of experience in the maritime industry. Dick BRUINS

Being raised on a vessel, Dick started his career working primarily in project management roles, such as consulting shipyards and acting as client representative for major offshore contractors. He was senior project and construction manager for several new building and conversion projects of complex vessels operating in the oil & gas industry. Furthermore he was senior project member of two large maritime arbitration’s handled at the LCIA in London. During the last years he specialized in maritime contract management focusing on contract development, contract execution and advice. Dick has a degree in Naval Architecture and Industrial Engineering and Management.
