The Synergy Partner B.V. does not process special and/or sensitive personal data. Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, The Synergy Partner B.V. is unable to check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent their data being collected without parental consent. If you are believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@thesynergypartner.com, and we will delete this information.
Automated decision-making
The Synergy Partner B.V. does not make decisions based on automated processing, on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, an employee of The Synergy Partner B.V.).

Withdrawal – When we have processed data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this permission. This may affect the services that we can provide you
You can send a request for access, modification, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@thesynergypartner.com.
In order to ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy.
The Synergy Partner B.V. will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within a maximum of four weeks. The Synergy Partner B.V. would also like to make you aware that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
